Ynghylch y Swydd Cynghorydd Adnoddau Dynol

Bydd gofyn i ddeiliad y swydd ddarparu gwasanaeth cynghori AD a rheoli achosion ar gyfer nifer o gwsmeriaid penodedig sy'n cyrraedd neu'n fwy na lefelau gwasanaeth diffiniedig. Mae hyn yn golygu darparu cyngor AD sy'n cydymffurfio'n gyfreithiol ac wedi ei ffocysu ar weithredu a busnes i reolwyr a staff ar ystod o achosion AD yn ogystal a darparu cyngor rhagweithiol ar faterion y gweithle sy'n cefnogi darparu'r busnes gan weithredu fel y Rheolwr Adnoddau Dynol penodedig.
Mae hwn yn swydd dros dro am gyfnod o 9-12 mis.
Mae'r gallu i siarad yn rhugl yn Gymraeg a'r gallu i ysgrifennu i safon ddigonol yn hanfodol ar gyfer y swydd hwn.

Contract: Temporary (Maternity Leave Cover)
Hours : 37 hours a week
Salary: £21,501 (pro rata)

About the HR Junior Manager Role
The post holder will be required to provide a HR Adviser and case management service to a number of designated customers which meets or exceeds defined service levels. This involves providing legally compliant, operational and business focused HR advice to managers and staff on a range of HR cases as well as providing proactive advice on workforce issues that supports the delivery of the business as the designated business partner.
This is a temporary role for a period of up to 9-12 months
The ability to speak fluently in Welsh, and be able to write to a sufficient level is essential for this post
