This global organisation is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their busy HR team on a 3 month basis with the high possibility to extend further. This is a fantastic temporary HR Administrator role and will look great on your CV!
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- General HR administration such as compiling contracts, letters of offers, scheduling interviews, sending interview confirmations etc.....
- Updating internal database and managing Excel spreadsheets
- Internal recruitment duties
- Conducting internal interviews
- Assisting with payroll
Essential requirements of the HR Administrator:
- Previous demonstrated experience within a similar HR role is essential
- Good administration skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong user of MS Word and Excel
- Any experience in payroll would be an advantage but not essential
