This ambitious company, a specialist in its sector, is recognised for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions. As the business continues its exciting growth journey, they are seeking a highly motivated HR Administrator to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive HR administrative support across the business, supporting a workforce of approximately 180 employees

This is a fast paced and evolving role where such duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Assisting the HR team with the recruitment process (coordinating interviews and preparing employment contracts.
  • Managing the onboarding process for new employees
  • Administration of new starters/leavers
  • Handling initial HR and recruitment enquiries, with appropriate escalation when required
  • Updating and maintaining employee records
  • Assisting the team in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures
  • Documenting minutes for Employee relations cases.
  • Providing cover in weekly payroll activities.
  • Collaborating with and providing support to the Learning & Development Manager


This is an excellent opportunity to join a proactive and experienced HR team, with strong potential for development as the organisation continues to grow. To succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience as an HR or Recruitment Administrator, along with a genuine passion for building a career in HR. You may already be studying towards your CIPD qualification or have the ambition to do so. A positive, can-do attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. You’ll also need excellent communication and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the drive to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.


This position is being offered on a full-time basis although part time applicants who can work 4 days will also be considered.
