If you are a HR Administrator or Recruiter, ideally wanting to work inhouse with one of my rapidly growing clients based in the Colchester area then please read on…………….

Duties and responsibilities:

• Creating & maintaining all employment documents that relate to the full employment cycle

• Keeping the HR Platform up to date at all times, maintaining employee records

• Maintaining & coordinating the HR diary to ensure all HR processes throughout all departments are performed in a timely manner

• Maintaining personal development plans, analysing appraisal outputs & sourcing in-house & external training requirements.

• Source & attract candidates by using databases, social media, external job boards and agencies.

• Proactively using recruitment tools such as Linkedin, talent pools & CV searching.

• Pre-screening applicants for suitability to the roles across the business.

• Responding to general HR queries

• General adhoc administrative duties

The ideal candidate will have:

• Demonstrated experience of working successfully within a recruitment & HR administration role

• Strong Microsoft office skills including excel spreadsheets

• Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail

• Great organisation skills with ability to effectively prioritise workloads

• Knowledge of payroll procedures

• The ability to work on their own initiative
