Reed Contracts are really pleased to be recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a busy and fast paced recruitment team in Liverpool.
This role will be temporary until Christmas, however there is the possibility of being offered a permanent opportunity.
The duties will include:
- General administrative support to the recruitment coordinator
- Issuing contracts
- Supporting with payroll administration
- Data input
- Work closely with the recruitment team - supporting with collating documents for new starters
The ideal candidate:
- Administration experience in a fast paced team
- Attention to detail
- Experience working on various systems
You will be required to have 2 weeks training in the office, however there will be the option to work from home 2 days out of 5 following this.
You will work 35 hours per week and be offered a competitive hourly rate of pay.
