We are recruiting an experienced HR Administrator to join our client's team, working in Spalding on a 6 month fixed term contract.

Working in a small and supportive team you will have the opportunity to work across a wide variety of procedures and processes, and to liaise with both managers and employees, delivering the best customer services possible.

As the HR Assistant, you will:

Support their clients by ensuring they are provided with key information on HR processes and procedures
Provide a professional level of service for both internal and external clients
Be part of the team delivering exciting key organisational People Plan projects
You will have strong organisational, IT and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple demands. A Level 3 CIPD Associate qualification would be an advantage, but not essential.
