Client in Leatherhead is seeking to recruit a HR Administrator on a temporary basis, ideally to start next week. This is an on going temporary role which could become a permanent role. The role is offering a pay rate of between £11.28 (PAYE) to £13.34 (Umbrella). Please see attached the duties and experienced required. I

HR Administrator

Leatherhead – Based at home during Covid 19

Hours of work - 9 – 5.30, Monday – Friday, 1 hour break

We have a new opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our busy and friendly HR team based in our head office in Leatherhead.

You will be a great communicator and enjoy building relationships, as you will be working to support the provision of an accurate and efficient administrative service to our managers and staff based throughout the UK.

You will have a good attention to detail, be able to manage work priorities and be able to work to deadlines. You will also be highly organised and have a planned and pro-active approach to your work.

Experience in a similar HR administrator role is essential along with been able to deal with aheavy workload. This role is high volume and extremely fast paced. The ideal person will need to be flexible and a team player as they might occasionally be required to work on projects that might require some overtime

Duty will include and not be limited to

• Sending references

• Creating ID badges

• Change of details

• Processing leavers forms

• Processing exit interviews

• Creating and sending out contracts
