Job Responsibilities for the role are:
Manage monthly HR MI, manipulate and interpret data and produce reports for the business
Provide support the HR Advisors
Carry out monthly checking of incoming timesheets and fully check the accuracy of the monthly payroll preview data for both the main run and supplementary run
Handle all employee and manager queries with regards to MyInfo and MyBenefits systems
Prepare all new starter documentation, including contracts of employment and to issue accompanying documentation, inputting details onto Resourcelink, HR system
Accurately process amendments onto Resourcelink
Manage Holiday administration including annual and pro-rated entitlements and to answer colleague/manager queries
Answer HR Admin queries over the phone and face-to-face
Manage the administration of Maternity, Paternity and Company Pension scheme
Ensure all areas of Resource Link HR system are accurate and data maintained in line with business updates
Provide administrative support with Company Wide Pay reviews and Pay structure changes
Work on Projects as agreed with the HR & Payroll Manager
Proficient in both Microsoft Office and Excel
Proven experience working under pressure and to tight timescales
A flexible approach to workload
Strong Organisation Skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Experience working within a HR environment
