A leading law firm based in the West End is looking to recruit a HR Administrator on a permanent basis.

The HR Administrator will provide administrative support, maintain the HR database and assist on HR projects and provide support to the Director of Human Resources.

The key duties will include:

  • Process new joiner information and complete the full onboarding process
  • Coordinate the leaver process
  • Assist in the recruitment process including screening CV’s, arranging interviews and organising assessments
  • Maintain employee records and information
  • Payroll, pension and benefits administration

The HR Administrator will be educated to degree level and will have excellent communication skills. They will have impeccable attention to detail with advanced IT and Microsoft skills. The right candidate will have strong organisational skills and will be able to be discreet and professional.
