£20,000 (DOE) + Benefits

We have a great opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a global technology company based in impressive offices in the heart of Nottingham.

The role will include

  • Providing administration support for a variety of individual projects within the HR team
  • Processing new starter and leaver information in compliance with HR standards
  • Assist in recruitment drives and the candidate selection process
  • Undertake onboarding administration including enrolment onto the company benefits scheme
  • Inputting bank details in preparation for payroll
  • Issuing contracts and new starter induction packs
  • Maintaining the integrity of bespoke HR databases and systems

Skills/Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a HR environment
  • IT literate - Microsoft office suite
  • Knowledge of the data protection act
  • Confident and articulate communication skills
