A prestigious UK based organisation, operating with multiple partnerships are looking for a Part Time HR Administrator to join them on a temporary to permanent basis starting with a 3-month Fixed Term Contract. 22.5-25 hours a week across 5 working days. Annual salary will be pro rate.
As the HR Administrator you will work closely with the HR Manager but will be accountable for all administration duties which will include personnel files, contracts and policies & procedure updates. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a heavy workload whilst maintaining a professional manner to all clients. You will be organised, proactive and have high attention to detail and accuracy.
To carry out this role, you will need the following skills and experience:
- Previous HR experience.
- Excellent written/communication skills
- A "can do" attitude and able to work independently
- Confident and happy to implement new ideas
- Experience of Data Entry, Excel and Microsoft packages.
