HR Administrator - Background Screening

Birmingham City Centre

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Administrator to work in the background screening team on a temporary basis initially for 6 months with the possibility of extension. You will be working within the Birmingham Office, partnering with various stakeholders all of which have differing requirements. The day rate is; £110 - £120 per day limited depending on experience

Duties for the HR Administrator will include:

* Focusing on the timely and accurate end to end administration within the screening team, ensuring smooth onboarding
* Adhering to defined procedures and requirements
* Managing day to day relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring that all queries and issues are resolved in a timely manner
* Processing screening cases, working to policy and guidelines throughout
* Resolving issues with potential new employees
* Responsible for maintaining all reference requirements

Essential skills of the HR Administrator:

* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to build rapport quickly
* Analytical / reporting skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
