The successful candidate will work within a strong existing multi-disciplined team providing transactional level support. Working in partnership with stakeholders across the business to deliver a consistent approach to HR and offer pertinent advice and first line support.
*Act as the first point of contact for all HR related queries. This will be via phone, email and face to face so an ability to quickly assimilate information and manage expectations is needed
*Management of HR documentation, from offer letters, contracts and all contractual changes through the employee life cycle
*Support Senior HR and the wider HR team on HR related policies, procedures and legislation
*Responsible for processing all starters, leavers and employment changes as well as ensuring clearance checks and Right to Work checks have been completed
*Work with Line Managers in managing day to day queries such as sickness, absence, Maternity and Paternity queries as well as offering generalist first level advice
*Additional Ad-hoc duties within HR working with different teams as necessary
*Accurately maintain the HR system, ensuring fully compliant with all employment legislation
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*CIPD qualification or equivalent, or working towards this.
*Demonstrable experience in a fast paced Shared Service team offering volume transactional level support
*Have produced MI and analysis of data from HR/Payroll systems
*Excellent communication skills
