Temporary Assignment for 12 Weeks

My client is seeking a conscientious and pro-active HR Administrator to join their busy team on the outskirts of Devizes – due to the location, own transport will be required. You will be providing administrative support on a day to day basis to the team and contribute to on-going development of the HR function.
- Taking notes for meetings
- Diary/travel arrangements
- Attending to visitors
- First point of contact for all enquiries
- Create and maintain data systems
- Support recruitment activities
- General administration
- Previous HR experience
- Strong administration skills
- Confident working within a busy and demanding team
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Able to organise your own workload and work calmly under pressure
- Able to liaise with people at all levels
