Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with colleagues
  • Covering all HR admin duties
  • Screening applicants
  • Testing applicants
  • Helping to interview and select applicants
  • Maintain an accurate and crucial databases
  • Taking phone calls
  • answering queries
  • Using all Microsoft packages
  • Manage expectations of management and colleagues

To apply for this role you MUST:

  • Be a very strong HR Administrator
  • Have experience within recruitment (desirable)
  • Be computer literate to a very high standard
  • Be able to use databases with ease
  • Be immediately available for work
