POSITION: HR Administrator
LOCATION: City of London
Overview of Role
My client are looking for an HR Administrator to join their busy HR team.


Responsibilities

  • Supporting the busy HR team with administration
  • Support for the HR Director
  • Direct recruitment
  • Liaising with agencies and setting up interviews
  • Liaising with candidates directly and setting up interviews
  • Liaising with line managers
  • helping to write job specifications
  • Onboarding
  • Support work as required



Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

  • Experience in an HR capacity
  • Confident and happy to liaise at all levels
  • Experience in financial services/banking/professional environment
  • Proactive, bright, confident
