Interim HR Administrator

Venn Group's dedicated HR Team are recruiting for an interim HR Administrator to join a leading Public Sector Organisation based between Leeds and York for a 3 month contract, the hourly rate for this role is £8-10 per hour.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR or Recruitment Administrator to hit the ground running within a busy HR administration team.
- Assist in all recruitment activities including advertising roles, processing applications and dealing with queries both internally and externally
- Monitor and process pre-employment checks including DBS clearances and references
- Arrange and issue interview invitations
- Issue contracts of employment to new starters
- Managed a shared inbox responding to and escalating queries where necessary
- Previous experience working in a Recruitment or HR Administration role
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent IT Skills, particularly excel
- Ideally experience with HRIS Software
- The ability to analyse and interpret data to produce reports
