WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?
To provide comprehensive Administration support to key Business Partners and the HR Services team within Perform.
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE?- % of role
HRIS - 20%
Responsible for maintaining HRIS (ADP & iPERFORM) in line Global Data Maintenance Strategy
Update HRIS in line with business requirements
NEW STARTERS - 30%
Responsible for preparing new starter documents and benefits, liaising with Payroll, Reward & Recruitment as appropriate in a timely manner
Liaise with IT Service Desk/Reception and manage all new starter notifications
Responsibility for all employee paper files in line with Data Protection ActSet up
Filing of all employee paperwork
Storage internally or at external location
Responsible for Probationary Period notifications/reminders to Managers (including submission of required form/guidelines)
Draft and distribute probation confirmation/extension letters to employees in a timely manner
LEAVERS - 20%
Draft Resignation Acknowledgement letters
Arrange and conduct Exit Interviews, flagging up potential patterns / concerns
Liaise with Payroll & IT and manage all leaver notifications
BENEFIT ADMINISTRATION - 10%
Update and maintain employee data on reward tool (Advantage) as required
TEMPORARY STAFF - 10%
Responsible for set up and management of all casual staffandhandling all work experience requests and relevant forms
GENERAL - 10%
Responsible for maintaining employee files - ensuring documents are easy to find and up to date
Preparing necessary paperwork for internal promotions, relocations, job title and line manager changes
Process all HR & Reward invoices via FocalPoint in a timely manner to ensure payment is made in line with agreed terms
Carry out any other reasonable requests as required
DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS?
Administrative experience in similar role
Ability to manage work request, work to tight timescales whilst maintaining high quality and excellent attention to detail
IT Skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
