HR Administrator required for temporary job opportunity in Sheffield, immediate start £15,500

Your new company
Working for a leading business services provider in Sheffield close to the Meadowhall area you will be part of a busy HR team providing admin support on a new project.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business and gain invaluable insight into HR processes and procedures.

This position is temporary and requires an immediate start in March 2018 until June 2018. Successful applicants must be available with immediate effect to start temporary work and not be on a long notice period.

Your new role
You will report to the HR Advisor and cover a variety of HR admin tasks. It would be ideal if you have previous HR Admin experience but it is not essential. Duties and responsibilities of the role will include;
-Attending HR meetings and taking notes in the meeting, typing up notes and circulating minutes
-Answering the phones for the team, taking messages and passing calls as appropriate
-Admin support , data entry and checking of employee information
-Filing , scanning personnel files, archiving employee records
-Sitting in interviews and taking notes, inviting successful applicants to interview
-General admin support
-Use of Microsoft Office required

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be a proven administrator with previous HR admin experience .
You will be extremely professional in person, well presented and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have an excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
