The HR Division of SF Group are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for their client based in Derby. The company offer on site parking, a very innovative environment as well as modern offices!
The HR Administrator will support the HR team with all general administration tasks including filing, dealing with email requests, typing of official documents, sending out of contracts, chasing new starter information including right to work documents, taking references for new starters, assisting with system implementation, updating employee information on the internal system, data entry from new starter documents to the system, assisting to implement new policies and procedures and embedding these into the company.
The HR Administrator will have a strong background in administration, will be passionate about delivering a top level HR service, be confident on the phone and be very well organised.
The ideal candidate will be currently working towards their CIPD Level 3 and have a passion to develop a career in HR.
