Temporary HR administrator role in Filton up to £21k equivalent to start asap for 3 months +
I am looking for an experienced administrator to join a busy public sector organisation for a 3 months+ role
This is a full time role - for 3 months+ , Monday to Friday 37h/week
Salary offered@ £10 - £11/h (£20 - £21k equivalent)
The role will be based in company's HR department and concentrate on an ongoing project that requires administrative support.
Ideally we are looking for a strong administrator with excellent IT skills, particular Excel as there will be a requirement to populate spreadsheets, use pivot tables, do some data analysis (within HR collated data) and write up reports and suggested outcomes.
Maintain records of starters and movers to demonstrate the process followed to establish permanent workplaces.
Liaising with the Tax team to identify employees who have incurred a tax liability through their travel patterns and work on implementing a compliant solution.
Co-ordinate relocation cases on behalf of HR Business Partners liaising with employees, the external relocation provider and internal stakeholders.
Reconcile data from the external relocation provider and HR and Finance records as part of the PSA process.
Understand the company stance on employment status and the tax implications of accommodation provision.
Carry out any other related admin activities.
Full training will be given on specific aspect of the role, but there is a requirement to have some s of HR Administrative experience , have intermediate or above excel skills and be a highly numerate person ( GCSE/ A levels in Maths)
