HR Administrator

Our public sector client, based in Stirling, require a HR Administrator for a temporary assignment from the 3rd April until the 29th of June 2018.

Applicants must have a Disclosure Scotland certificate issued within the last 12 months.

Duties will include:
- assisting with a review of the electronic filing system
- providing an administrative and secretarial support service
- responding to and handling routine correspondence and general queries
- providing telephone cover
- inputting and maintaining both manual and electronic records systems

Skills and experience:
- records management
- Microsoft packages
- customer service
- data input and word processing
- minute taking would be desirable
- general HR experience, data protection experience and records management experience would be advantageous
