A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join a well established and growing business based in Blackburn. Reporting to the Head of HR this is a new role where you will join a growing team and take responsibility for the following areas:
- Preparing HR letters and employee contracts
- Updating and reporting on the HRIS system
- Reward and benefits administration
- Calculating holiday entitlements
- Supporting on the end to end recruitment process
- Learning and development administration
This is a great role for someone who has a small amount of HR experience or for someone looking to start their career in HR.
