HR Administrator

Macildowie HR is working with a well known and exciting business based in the Warwickshire area to recruit a temporary part time HR administrator. Joining the small, friendly team, this role is crucial to the efficient running of the department and is massively flexible on working hours.
Temporary - £10 per hour.

The Role

As an HR Administrator, you will gain experience to a wide range of HR and ER topics within a generalist HR position. You'll be working with a range of managers and senior management to support with recruitment campaigns, assist with writing job specs, as well as sending out contracts, offer letters for new starters and assisting with inductions.

Particular emphasis will be in managing processes such as managing administration of maternity and paternity leave, DBS checks as well as ensuring that personal information is updated on the HR systems.

You will be in a position to develop your career by assisting on exciting adhoc projects whilst updating systems to ensure that all payroll and personal information is correctly inputted. You will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic HR team which could take your career to the next step.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate must have HR administration experience so they can hit the ground running with process orientated administration skills and experience of quickly learning and operating various digital platforms being key. Experience helping with the recruitment process would also be a huge advantage to any applicants.

You must also be happy both on the phone and using computers, with excel skills being very important for the successful candidate.

The ideal candidate must also be a cultural fit for the organisation, meaning they are a team-worker who is happy to collaborate and help out organisation wide. Another key personality trait is someone who is keen to learn and develop themselves.
