The HR Administrator, Apsley will provide front line support and administration to the UK team and will have exposure to HR activities in the EMEA region. You will support the payrole cycle for EMEA, convey information through company processes to the payroll service centre and being involved in validating the payroll information.
You will also be responsible for reviewing the HR database in SAP, requesting updates from the service centre when possible and support annual activities such as the issuing of tax documentation, target setting, end of year reviews and merit (pay) reviews.
The successful candidate will demonstrate HR experience within a quick response, highly fluctuating, customer driven industry and will ideally be studying in CIPD.
