HR Administrator

We are looking for an HR Administrator for an immediate start temporary assignment based in Celtic Springs Newport.

Working within the HR team you will be required to provide Administration support to the department and duties will include:-

- Updating and maintaining personnel files
- Producing and sending offer letters and Contracts of Employment
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Liaising with Managers and Employees
- Monitoring Absence and Sickness records
- Answering the telephone and dealing with queries
- Scanning, faxing and photocopying documents

This is an immediate start temporary assignment ongoing until October 2018, hours of work are 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
