They are looking for an HR Administrator to join their team in Stockport. You will be required to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the HR department, the main area will be onboarding and recruitment but this is a great entry role to HR as you will also have a chance to work in other areas like Training and Payroll.
Ideally you will have some level of HR experience but a solid background in Administration is what the client is looking for. If you are looking to get into a career in HR then this would be perfect for you.
Due to the nature of the business you will need to be flexible, a real team player and used to working under pressure in a fast paced environment . Additional to HR duties you may be at times required to assist on Reception and help with filing during lunch breaks and holidays.
You ideally you will need to have a access to a car as you will need to attend Job Fairs and visit their residential care facilities themselves from time to time.
Hours are Monday - Friday 0900-1730.
