Role: HR Administrator

Time: Full-time / Permanent

Days: Monday - Friday : Business Hours

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 per annum

Location: Sheffield - M1 - Rotherham

Our client is a global manufacturing organisation & they are looking for a HR Administrator to join a dynamic team on a permanent basis. They are a market leader and are looking for a HR Administrator to provide effective services to the company. This role will allow you to progress within a corporate and professional enterprise.

Key Skills: Strong Administration: CIPD qualified or working towards: Excellent communication & Customer-facing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for HR-related problems
  • Administration for all HR documentation
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies
  • Compile & update staff records
  • Organise & schedule HR meetings
  • Take notes in meetings
  • Filing HR paperwork
  • Inputting data on HR systems
  • Undertake any work directed from management team
  • Responsible for customer queries
  • Processing new starter packs & carrying out ID checks

Person Specification:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards qualification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great administration skills
