HR Administrator

REED Business Support Crawley are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator in the Burgess Hill area.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience withing a HR team supporting the HR Manager with analytical functions. You will have a keen eye for detail and be technically skilled. Your duties as a HR Administrator will include:

- Ensure that data stores on the HR system in maintained and up to date
- Ensure that data stored is fully compliant with audit and legislation
- Handle queries on a regular basis and escalate any issues in accordance with processes
- Produce regular management reports
- Contribute to discussions relating to the improvement and enhancement of company systems
