HR Administrator

Salary and Benefits: The basic salary for this role is negotiable dependant on experience. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator within our HR Team based in our Maple Cross head office. We are looking for the right person to support the HR Team with administration, as well as general HR requirements such as assisting with the development of policies, procedures and compliance.

You must be assertive, proactive and forward thinking with excellent communication skills, and have confident computer skills especially in MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Assist with the development of HR procedures and contracts while keeping up to date with current HR legislation.

Raise new starters and leavers with our IT department

Raising purchase orders on Sage for our HR suppliers

Assistance with the organisation for staff training including training facilities, materials and refreshments.

On-boarding (Induction, feedback after initial 3 months of employment, exit interviews etc.)

Provide additional HR support for the whole company as required.

Adhoc tasks assisting the HR Manager.

Answering general telephone enquiries.

A suitable candidate would have some relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years’ experience of working in an office environment. Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and to deal emphatically with employees and with confidential corporate, personal and medical information is essential in this role.
