HR Administrator

Monarch Education are currently recruiting for an HR Assistant for a school based in Coventry.

Do you have a strong HR background?

Duties will include but are not limited to:
Coordinating payroll
Dealing with recruitment
Administer HR related documents
Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date
Liaise with agencies
Set up interviews
Attend safeguarding training
General admin work
Dealing with parents and pupils
Dealing with queries

You must be:
Able to use your own initiative,
Self-motivated,
Able to work to a high standard
Have a good telephone manner
Confident
Able to pick up electronic and manual systems quickly

Please only apply if you have the relevant school based experience.

If you do not hold a current DBS and haven't subscribed to the online service, you will need to complete a new DBS through Monarch Education.
