We are delighted to be working with this well established and successful family run e-commerce retailer. With their HQ based in Gloucester, they have experienced year on year growth of 25% and continue to mirror that success in 2018.
They are currently looking for a full time HR Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. You will work five days over a week, Monday - Friday.
Duties and responsibilities -
- Maintaining up to date employee records, including holiday, absence & sickness
- Assist with the recruiting of new staff, including writing job descriptions, advertising and organising interviews
- Provide admin support
- Organising companywide team social activities
- Assist with any grievance and disciplinary procedures
You will need to be well presented and have excellent organisational skills. Our client also offers a superb and rewarding working environment, with opportunity to develop. You will be offered 30 days holiday, increasing to 33 depending upon length of service, they also have a subsidised staff canteen.
