I am recruiting for HR Administrator for a company in Cheltenham who after a period of significant growth have now created this new position in order to support a head office function
Your new role
You will be responsible for recruitment and HR administration which will include preparing employee contracts, dealing with queries from sites across the UK, sending letters to employees, changing contracts or any changes to terms and conditions, maintaining all employee information on the new database, tracking absence and probationary periods.
What you'll need to succeed
You have 2 -3 years HR administration experience and are now looking to build on this experience. You are comfortable writing professional letter and have great attention to detail. You are a team player and will help the wider team in busy periods.
