The Opportunity

Excellent opportunity has opened up for a for a HR administrator in Newport with a competitive salary. If you are immediately available, have previous HR administration experience please apply today as my client is looking to interview ASAP.

The Role

  • Work alongside the HR manager
  • General HR administration
  • Support in recruitment and administration of employees and volunteers
  • Support in staff engagement activities, and reward and recognition activities
  • Regular audit of staff files
  • Co-ordinate the induction and probation process
  • Working withing a team environment

Skills / Experience

  • Previous administration work
  • Experience working within a HR environment
  • Understanding of the legal requirements relating to Data Protection and HR Practices
  • Ability to work effectively with people from all walks of life
  • Knowlege of processing i.e. DBS Checks
