You will enjoy fantastic exposure to all HR generalist issues and your duties will include getting involved in recruitment, liaising with agencies, organising and conducting interviews etc, as well as minuting meetings, attending and minuting disciplinaries, chasing references, organising the staff recognition ceremony and focus groups, as well as general admin duties such as ordering stationery, holiday and sickness etc.
The ideal candidate will have a qualification in HR already and be really keen to grow their career further. The prospects are fantastic for the right person. You should have some good solid experience of working in an HR department already, have excellent IT skills, a professional outlook, be very proactive and a real team player, and be prepared to go the extra mile.
