HR Administrator - Temp Initial 2-4 Weeks

We are working with an exciting business based in Swindon who are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to join their team to help support the HR Advisor during a very busy period for the business.

This Administrative Support position will be invaluable for nurturing your career in the HR sector, providing the opportunity for you to develop skills in a corporate office environment.

Providing key assistance to the HR Advisor, you'll be acting as administrative support in managing the workload of the further team in HR operations, assuming administrative functions in the HR sphere, and optimising the efficiency of the department as a whole.

You'll be responsible for a variety of duties both general such as inbox management, maintaining internal databases, and assuming the 1st point of contact for inbound queries, in addition to HR specific tasks, such as contract management, candidate referencing and employee starter/leaver processes etc.

Due to the level of the role, in which you'll be handling confidential information with security as paramount, we request that applicant have 1 years' previous HR administrative experience in a similar office environment.
