This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in HR within a highly respected organisation. As HR Administrator, you will gain invaluable experience in a fast-paced environment and get involved in a wide range of HR responsibilities.

You will assist and support the HR team with general administrative duties, projects and ad-hoc tasks. You will:

  • Support recruitment, including pre-employment checks, updating CVs and offers of employment
  • Create files for new starters, input them onto the system and send out induction packs
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Oversee the leaver process, including holiday entitlement and leaver letters
  • Monitor absence daily
  • Update the HR system and MI spreadsheets
  • Monitor employee engagement through a variety of Employee Surveys
  • Communicate with Stakeholders, Managers and employees
  • Undertake audits and provide results to management

We're looking for an organised individual, who can communicate confidently at all levels. Ideally, you have experience working in a HR role, and an understanding of HR processes and practices. A keen eye for detail, you use your initiative, can multi-task and meet deadlines. You will become part of a friendly, busy team and enjoy building excellent relationships. You will have excellent IT skills.
