HR Administrator/Payroll - Stoke on Trent - Salary up to 18K

Working Monday to Friday

The ideal candidate will be driven and passionate about sourcing candidates, will thrive in a face-paced environment, want to be part of a successful team, meet targets and have excellent communication skills both written and spoken. Once candidates are sourced, having the ability to interview, short-list, reference check, compliance check and set up on the internal recruitment system.

Monday, Tuesday - Completing payroll as part of a team for 700 workers using IRIS Business Software.

Wednesday - Mixture of different roles, such as including internal recruitment, speaking to staff, administration.

Thursday and Friday - Training of New / Current staff in areas, maintaining records, HR Elements.
