HR Administrator - Part Time

A great part time opportunity as an HR Administrator has become available with our well known and professional client in central Guildford.

We are seeking candidates with experience of working within an HR environment and can commit to working 3 full days a week, our client's preference is to work every Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. You will be responsible for administering the benefits for new starters and leavers, which will include pension auto enrolment and new joiner payroll data. You will also be involved with delivering a wellbeing strategy, so sourcing and liaising with providers and helping arrange wellbeing initiatives for staff. This role will also include running monthly reports for the wider HR team and also being the first point of contact for staff who have queries in regards to their benefits and reward packages.

You should be computer literate and be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office packages and experience of using HR packages would be beneficial. Candidates should also have excellent communication skills and able to work independently.
