30 hours per week - 6 month fixed term contract with the view to be made permanent
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator or HR Assistant to join a rapidly expanding business based in the Warrington area.
This will initially be a 6 month fixed term contract but is likely to go permanent. The requirement is part time; 30 hour per week but may increase to become full time as the role progresses.
This role is based in their Warrington office where a new area of the business is being set up. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR administration background with up to date knowledge of UK employment law.
Key responsibilities of this HR Assistant role are:
Administering the end to end recruitment process
Coordinating and conducting interviews
Administering new starter and leave processes
Carry out inductions for new starters
Provide advice and guidance to line manager re employee relations issues
Support the Training Manager when required

In terms of salary, this role is offering £22,000- £27,000 pro rata - depending on experience.
