Human Resources Administrator and PA

Location : Fleet

Salary £25-27,500

My client who are based in Fleet are looking for Human Resources Administrator/Personal Assistant to join their team. We are looking for candidates who have got experience working in a HR function and have got outstanding administration skills. You will be hard working, self motivated and organised.

Daily Duties

Producing HR letters and contracts as part of the recruitment processes in accordance with Company procedures, including the gathering of referencing, and administering new starter files and inductions.

Ongoing maintenance and administration of personnel files, annual leave, sickness, maternity leave and GIPP claims.

Administration of leavers, including exit interviews.

Administration of Group Personal Pension Scheme adding new starters, leavers, and salary increments.

Annual renewal of Group Income Protection Plan and Group Life Assurance Plan.

Offer expert assistance to Managers within the business in relation to HR legislation and problematic staffing issues.

Maintain company car lease administration for all company cars, including deliveries, returns and repairs with the lease company, and administering insurance claims, parking charges and fines with staff and external providers.

Renewal and maintenance of company car fleet insurance policy in conjunction with broker and insurer.

Process occasional requests for foreign travel packs (VE2013) for drivers abroad, transfer of cherished registration plates, and perform annual driver license checks for all company car users.

Oversee Health & Safety routine fire safety checks, maintain log of fire safety equipment, ensure regular fire evacuation drills are carried out.

Book annual first aid training refresher courses for all first aiders.

Ordering of training files and course material, including booking of exams with the CII and invigilate exams. Maintain log of all employee qualifications.

Ensure monthly business meetings for adviser teams are booked, including meeting room and provision of refreshments.

Ad hoc arrangement of building maintenance sourcing external suppliers, quotes and arrangement of works.

Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure all appropriate office equipment contracts are maintained.

Copy typing of meeting minutes, ad hoc letters, mailings and general administration.

Occasional booking of meeting rooms, arrangement of refreshments, travel arrangements and various tasks for Senior Managing Partners.

Arrangement of company social functions

Adhere to company and FCA policies and regulations, ensure all personnel and company data and information is kept in the strictest of confidence at all times.
