HR Administrator (P/T 20 hours per week) - Sandbanks - Temporary

Reed HR are working with a client in Bournemouth who are seeking a HR Administrator on a part time basis. This will initially be a 4-6 week assignment with a possibility of going permanent. 

As the HR Administrator you will ensure all HR administrative duties are carried out and meet the legal requirements of the company.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

- Preparing offers of employment
- Processing leaver forms and conducting exit interviews
- Ensuring all staff has eligibility to work by verifying their documents
- Dealing with employee queries
- Entering information on the HR database
- Ensuring the company is compliant to current legislation 
- Provide HR information as and when required
- Placing adverts and screening applicants
- Maintain accurate employee records

Experience


- Proven experience in a HR Administration role
- Knowledge of current policies and legislations
