Are you an experienced and established HR Administrator looking for a new opportunity? Do you want to work in a fast paced environment and be developed into a HR Assistant / Advisor in the next 18 months?

Being the HR Administrator for a team of 8 within this Media Publishing business, you will have a high attention to detail, be proactive, spotting what needs to be done next with little direction. Supporting a number of HR professionals across advisory, Business partnering, Payroll & Benefits you will already have a solid understanding of the full HR remit and be ready to take on the next stage of your career.

You will work closely with the HR Manager supporting employees as first point of contact for HR queries and maintaining benefit eligibility. This role will require you to maintain employee details, employee lifecycle changes and to conduct monthly employee information reports.

You will also be expected to complete employee contracts, reporting and data administration for new starters, leaver and changes in employee data and payroll. You will have excellent Microsoft package experience and be a whizz on Excel in order to manipulate data.
