HR Administrator (EMEA) - Contract to Permanent

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team. Reporting into the HR Director responsibilities will include:

  • Providing recruitment support to HRBPs and hiring managers
  • Ensuring managers follow company processes and guidelines, arranging and conducting interviews
  • Producing offer letters and contracts and taking references
  • Helping managers post requisitions
  • Supporting HRBPs to register new recruitment agencies when needed
  • Supporting hiring managers with new joiners including new joiner paperwork and system process, company benefits enrolment and induction
  • Running new starter reports
  • Completing benefits administration
  • Preparing documents for employee changes including probation, contractual changes, transfer and reference letters
  • Providing support to the HRBPs with visa renewals and maintaining immigration records
  • Supporting HRBPs with processes required for Works Councils
  • General administration duties

Person Specification

  • Experience of working in a fast paced HR environment
  • Good communication skills with people at all levels (and ideally on an international basis)
  • Strong IT skills
  • Benefits administration
  • Some experience of Linked In recruitment methodology would be beneficial
  • A professional approach
