We are a fast growing, dynamic, ambitious and creative recycling company which is looking to recruit a HR Administrator to work at our Garforth, Leeds Office.

The ideal candidate will have experience from working within a diverse HR administration function and they must be familiar with maintaining and developing a HR database, producing new starter packs and contracts from template documents, and producing reports on key HR metrics.

HR Administrator Core Responsibilities:

The specific duties of the role will involve;

+ Supporting the Company in all areas of the employee life cycle through chasing employment references, processing job changes, producing employment related paperwork, and supporting HR related projects.
+ Monitoring of all employee information on the Cascade HR system, ensuring information held is accurate and in line with relevant legislation;
+ Monitoring compliance with internal procedures and remedy failures;
+ Regular audits of employee data to ensure it is relevant and up to date;
+ Actively assisting the management of sickness in the Company through flagging up attendance issues, chasing return to work paperwork and escalating where appropriate in line with local policy.
+ Drafting and issuing of contracts and amendment to contracts by using template documents;
+ The processing and monitoring of holiday requests;
+ Drafting of maternity, paternity and adoption leave paperwork;
+ Optimising the Cascade HR system and employee data through the effective management, analysis and reporting on all core HR metrics;
+ Close liaison with payroll to ensure all staff are paid accurately each month and that leavers and absences are clearly communicated.

HR Administrator Required Key Skills & Experience:

+ Currently hold or are working towards CIPD accreditation;
+ Proven knowledge of working in a HR administration environment;
+ Confidence in interacting with all levels of management;
+ High levels of discretion, confidentiality and reliability.
+ Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing;
+ Excellent attention to detail;
+ Ability to organise and manage multiple workloads simultaneously;
+ Good knowledge of all MS office applications
+ Knowledge of the Cascade HR system would be preferred but not essential.

This role is full time, working on a Monday - Friday basis between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm with a competitive salary.
