Working as part of a busy and fast paced team, reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Administrator will manage incoming correspondence, responding to any enquiries and escalating anything urgent or complex. Further duties include assisting with the review of existing processes and making improvements where necessary; updating and maintaining the HR database and records; and processing of starters, leavers and creating letters; looking at MI and analytics. Recruitment will also form a large part of the role, overseeing various campaigns, agency liaison, CV review, short-listing and coordinating / assessment day processes.
The ideal candidate should have previous HR administration and recruitment experience gained within a fast paced environment, be experienced using Microsoft Office and iTrent, and be working towards a relevant HR qualification. Crucially, you will be personable, enjoy working as part of a team, able to work to tight deadlines and be a strong communicator with a keen eye for detail.
