Brewster Pratap are working exclusively with a well known Sheffield based company. They are offering a 12 month FTC contract for a HR Administrator to start immediately.

The right candidate will need to provide comprehensive HR and payroll administration support to the business as a member of the shared services team.


 Assisting colleagues with payroll data and reporting prior to submitting to third party payroll provider on a monthly basis
 Responsible for managing queries in accordance with company policy and process
 Maintain relevant HR systems to ensure the system is updated in a timely manner to meet the needs of the business and audit requirements
 Responsible for timely completion of new starter, changes, absence and leaver documentation including letters to employees, updating the system and filing
 Responsible for processing incoming/outgoing references for employees
 Responsible for administration and processing of core/flexible benefits
 Provide Admin support to the wider People Services Team (adhoc)
 To support the implementation and compliance of all Company policies and procedures.
 To maintain a high standard of work and contribute to continuous improvement
 Ad-hoc admin duties including filing
 Fully comply with the Prevent Duty and promote British values in all that we do.
