HR Administrator and Note taker- HR Department - Immediate Start!

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator and Notetaker to join a large Transport company based in the HR Department. The successful Administrator will be responsible for the accurate note taking of meetings on a daily basis and assisting with additional administration support required to keep the office running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, and will provide comprehensive administration support to a dynamic and busy team. It is essential that the Administration Assistant can communicate confidently with colleagues, as well as maintaining a high attention to detail in all tasks undertaken!

HR Administrator and Notetaker Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Archiving hard copy documents with high attention to detail to ensure ease of access
  • Handling incoming / outgoing correspondence via email, telephone and post
  • Assisting the wider administration team with additional duties such as photocopying, scanning and faxing
  • Liaising with team members to ensure documents are passed on to the relevant person and logged correctly into the database
  • Accurate notetaking of employee relation meetings

HR Administration and Notetaker Essential Skills Include:

  • A minimum of one year administration experience
  • Sound working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes
  • Possess a high attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to confidently use your own initiative and make decisions
  • Working to tight deadlines
