We have an exciting new opportunity to join a global business with a site in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire as a HR Administrator within a small shared services team.

The HR Administrator is responsible for the provision of accurate, efficient and timely routine HR transactional activities relating to all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Duties will include:

  • Manage HR Mailbox Requests which include but are not limited to:
  • Starter & Leaver Administration
  • Contract Offers/Terms & Condition Changes
  • Maintenance of Asset Register
  • Employee References
  • Issuing Employee Clock Cards
  • Booking Meeting Rooms
  • General Queries

This is an excellent opportunity to join an team with a wealth of HR and payroll experience,.

The position is direct with the client on a fixed term basis of 12 months.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30 (30 minute lunch break)
25 Days + 8 Bank Holidays per annum (Pro-rata based on contract length)
18-21k Depending on Experience + Annual Bonus (Bonus pro-rata based on contract length)
