HR Administration Assistant
This is an incredibly important administration role which supports a number of our key clients accounts.
The administration assistant role is a busy, fast paced position, which requires a strong administrator with an excellent attention to detail. This role sits within an existing team of 4 at our offices in Chineham, Basingstoke.
Some of the tasks will be:
- Running client specific invoice breakdowns
- issue worker contracts
- system rate changes
- chase on hold time sheets
- following up employment references
You will be working a 40 hour week and be part of the friendly and busy team.
The hours of typically 8:30-17:30
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
